This summer, we invite aspiring young leaders aged 12-17 to embark on a journey that combines the thrill of outdoor adventures with the strategic insights of business leadership. Our programme is meticulously crafted for teens aiming to thrive in the business world, whether by launching their own ventures or pursuing advanced business studies at university.

Accommodation
Students reside in a four-star, hotel-style boarding house, with shared rooms of 2-4 students. Boys and girls are housed in separate wings, creating a safe, inclusive environment.

Programme Highlights
Outdoor Adventure Leadership
- Alpine Expedition: Begin the course with essential map skills and orienteering, then dive into bushcraft and survival techniques. This journey culminates in a student-led, two-day expedition, complete with an overnight stay in a mountain cabane. This experience empowers students to confidently lead a group in the great outdoors.
- Adventure Sports: Foster teamwork and resilience through exhilarating activities such as mountain biking, rock climbing, skateboarding, and navigating high ropes courses. Experience the thrill of taking a leap-of-faith with bridge swinging, surfing, or indoor skydiving. Cap off a fantastic trip by soaking up the sun with watersports at the picturesque Lake Geneva.
Business Leadership Workshops
- Leadership in Business: Participate in interactive workshops that focus on entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, and innovation. Learn from successful business leaders and develop essential skills for the future. Our course combines interactive challenges, seminars and guest speakers.
- Industry Visits: Gain firsthand insights with visits to prestigious institutions like the United Nations and a top Swiss hospitality school, offering a glimpse into global business dynamics.
Cultural and Educational Excursions
- Swiss Cultural Tours: Explore Switzerland’s rich heritage through guided tours of historic cities and cultural landmarks. These excursions offer a unique perspective on international business and cultural diversity.
Explore Industries, Build Solutions, and Present with Purpose
At Copperfield, students on the Entrepreneurship & Leadership course engage in a dynamic, hands-on learning journey that blends academic exploration with real-world application. Each day is designed to inspire ambition and develop key leadership qualities. Through industry insights, project-based learning, and guided reflection, students build the mindset and skills to lead with confidence and purpose.
Industry Insights
Designed for aspiring changemakers, this day offers students direct exposure to high-level leadership environments. Past experiences have included visits to international organisations such as the United Nations in Geneva and elite business schools in Switzerland. Students explore how global leaders navigate diplomacy, innovation, and commercial impact.
The day concludes with a seminar from a business expert, giving students practical insight into entrepreneurial and strategic thinking at the highest level.
Time to Shine Project
Throughout the course, students collaborate in teams to develop a final entrepreneurial project. This “Time to Shine” initiative challenges them to identify real-world problems and propose innovative, sustainable solutions. Guided by tutors, they integrate market research, branding, and leadership strategy.
On presentation day, students pitch their concepts to peers and mentors, demonstrating their journey from idea to impact and showcasing their growth in leadership, communication, and critical thinking.
