The Mini-MBA™ is for students looking for an inspirational and ambitious course that gives them the perfect introduction to the exciting and productive world of business management and administration. The Mini-MBA™ is ideal for students considering studying business, finance, management, economics or accounting at A-level, IB, or undergraduate level. The Mini-MBA™ provides an intensive and comprehensive introduction to the world of business. Students will study key subject areas including an Introduction to Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, and Strategy.
Our students will undertake a variety of project work, debates, and presentations. Students will develop the skills, vocabulary, knowledge, confidence and technique to analyse business issues, prepare projects, research company case studies, and give presentations.
This unit aims to provide an introduction to basic accounting knowledge for financial statement analysis. Students will learn key vocabulary and terminology. They will use this knowledge to conduct financial analysis of different companies.
This unit will include the concept of entrepreneurship and finding opportunities. Students will explore how businesses are launched, and factors that lead to success and failure through a series of case studies.
Marketing is the process through which businesses engage potential customers with their products or services. This module explores different tactics and methods utilised by brands through a series of case studies.
