Fieldwork

Fieldwork takes learning beyond the classroom and into the city. With a tutor to guide you, you’ll explore locations linked to your subject, carry out research on site and test ideas through practical experiments. These sessions connect theory with real-world settings, giving you a chance to see your subject in action while developing observational and analytical skills.

Time to Shine

At the end of each week, students come together and take part in a group presentation in front of their tutors and peers, which we call Time to Shine. These projects are a highlight of the week’s work and allow students to showcase their learning and academic skills. Our students gain valuable experience by practising their collaboration and presentation skills in front of a larger audience.

Academic Coaching

Throughout the course, you will receive personalised academic coaching to support your intellectual growth. Our experienced tutors will offer feedback on your research projects, help you refine your analytical skills, and guide you in developing a deeper understanding of your chosen subject and their applications.

Excursions

As part of their enriching two-week experience, students will enjoy two full-day excursions designed to complement their academic journey with cultural exploration and relaxation. These outings offer a well-balanced opportunity to engage with iconic British destinations, providing both stimulating and restorative experiences outside the classroom.

Graduation Party

We’re proud to celebrate our students’ achievements in style with a graduation party. At the end of each two-week summer course the graduation ceremony offers moments of reflection and an opportunity to celebrate achievements, both personal and academic, and say goodbye for now to new friends. A certificate of completion will be presented to students during the event. We’ll also provide a report outlining all accomplishments while studying with us, along with helpful tips to guide learners in the right direction towards future success. This party offers the chance to dress up, have fun and celebrate the amazing friendships that have been formed during their stay.
